Michael brings over 35 years of experience at every level of project management spanning small businesses to Fortune 50 companies. Projects include training design for SAP implementation with Lockheed Martin and integration of a bespoke ERP version for Boeing across all commercial divisions. Michael presents from having “walked the walk” in delivering projects in scope, budget, and on schedule. Training project management principles was a constant role in his work. Since beginning PMKAcademy in 2012, Michael has presented over 100 PMP courses. His style is energetic and engaging; a sought after speaker on a wide range of business and supply chain management topics. Moreover, he is widely published in technical publications on subjects including enterprise resource planning, project management, and e-commerce.

Rich is an experienced project management practitioner and presenter with 30 years of experience in every aspect of project management. His association with PMKAcademy began in 2015 and he has presented over a dozen PMP Boot Camps. Most recently Rich was responsible for establishing project policy and providing oversight for a DoD activity in executing over 150 projects annually. Rich lead efforts to introduce project management best practices in response to the increasing organization and system complexity, emphasizing business decisions in a complex environment based on quantitative/qualitative analysis, business case development, and operations analysis. Rich promotes a framework of project management based on ensuring a clear description of what success looks like through every project phase.
